1) We perform free delivery at your place within the BOUNDARIES OF THE DISTRIBUTION AREA, after your order, in 2-3 working days, if the product is available.

Deliveries are made throughout Greece, through ELTA couriers. Detailed instructions and charges in the Shipping Methods option.

2) Delivery hours are 10:00 – 19:00, daily from Monday to Sunday.

3) The distribution area in PIRAEUS, is enclosed by the following streets:

4) Payment is made:

a) by delivery, either in cash or by card (debit or credit),

b) either by payment via Paypal.

5) Minimum order 10 €.

6) Prices include VAT, 24%.

7) Delivery is accompanied by a receipt issued by a Cash Register.

8) Any change or return is made only at the company’s store, at 14 Tsamadou Street, in Piraeus and upon presentation of the receipt.

9) PRODUCT CHANGE: The change of a product is done only with the purchase receipt. Do not change or replace a product that has been worn, washed or altered. Product changes are made within 30 days, maximum. Be careful, no changes are made when the season has changed (eg a summer garment cannot be changed in the winter season). Even seasonal species changes are made only with corresponding seasonal species. After the end of the seasonal period, changes or returns are not accepted (eg change of carnival costume takes place until the last Sunday of Halloween).

MONEY RETURN: It is done only in case the product has manufacturing defects. The maximum return period is 15 days.

10) In the carnival costumes the price does not include accessories such as weapons, masks, wigs, etc. Any accessories that appear in the photos of the costumes have been placed for the photo shoot and do not accompany each costume. For any discrepancies in the design, the pieces and the colors of each uniform, in relation to its photo, WE HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY. The manufacturers are solely responsible for the fabric, the design and the sewing of each outfit.
